RESULTS FROM THE ADO QUALIFIER HELD ON 1-29-17

Great turn out for the first local ADO qualifier yesterday..10 players completing for 2 spots! Everyone pitched in $10 to send a second person.

The results:

1st - Robert Stewart with 21 points
2nd - Brian Hastings with 20 points
3rd - Dale LaFrance with 19 points

First local FREE ADO qualifier for 2017...Winmau Masters!!

The GVDA is continuing to offer a FREE qualifier for each ADO event in 2017. First up is the Winmau Masters qualifier. This is open to GVDA members in good standing only.

January 29th at Sunset Lanes. Sign-in at 11:30 with play starting at noon. All 501. Round Robin format - 1 bracket unless we have 12 or more than it will be broken down into 2 brackets with the top 3 from each moving on to a final round robin bracket.

Not on a roster for the winter season? No problem! Become a general member for $30 and you are eligible for all ADO qualifiers plus the sign-up and mid-season tournaments. You must be a paid member on or before January 29th.

GVDA represented in ADO National Cricket Championship

Robert Stewart will represent the GVDA in the ADO National Cricket Championship in Law Vegas on Friday January 20th. DartConnect is in Vegas and will be broadcasting selected matches. Check out DCTV to see if Robert's match is on. GOOD LUCK AND SHOOT WELL!

Winter 2017 Schedule Posted

The schedule for the upcoming season is posted. The first night of the season will be January 17th. We will have a rest week this coming Tuesday January 10th as well as Valentine's night off.

This season, all teams will follow the 6-team schedule that Metro had last season. We'll play all teams home and away with one position night in week 6 and a wild card extra week of playoffs in week 12.

There is one open slot in the bottom division for another team so if anybody is looking to play, let us know as soon as possible.

The GVDA Winter Season 2017 is now set up in Dart Connect. For anyone that wants to use it your team will need to purchase the season pass for $20. One person needs to be a premium member or have a guest account to get the season pass.

No winner of the Mystery Out! Pot is at $180 and will roll over to the mid-season tournament coming up on March 7th.

REMINDER!! Annual Sign-up and Winter Season Tournament 1/3/17

THE GVDA ANNUAL SIGN-UP AND WINTER SEASON BLIND DRAW TOURNEY!

Tuesday January 3, 2017 at Sunset Lanes. Annual sign-up begins at 6:30 pm. Blind Draw tournament sign-up begins at 7 pm with play starting at 7:30 p.m.

Annual dues are due on 1/3/17 - $30 for the full year! That gets you 3 seasons plus you are eligible for the mid-season and sign-up tournaments as wells the FREE ADO qualifiers. You don't need to be on a team to be eligible - become a general member for the same cost and you will be eligible for all events!!

The blind draw tournament is $5 to play and format (single or double elimination) based on turn-out.

The Mystery Out is back and the pot starts at $132!! $2 per try to take out a randomly selected out between 81 and 170.
